Dr. Noemi Balinth is a clinical psychologist serving individuals, couples and families in La Jolla, California. With over 20 years of experience, she maintains a private practice working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are individual psychotherapy, post traumatic stress (PTSD) therapy, addictions and recovery interventions and couples' counseling.
In addition to being a prominent psychologist, Dr. Balinth is a Past President of the New York State Psychological Association and has been active in matters of public education and legislation relating to mental health. She has also demonstrated commitment to public service by assisting in natural and man-made disasters such as the Northridge earthquake, the crash of TWA Flight 800 and "911."
